12h30 – 13h00 Arrivals media conference at the Hilton Hotel Cardiff – media to meet Rayaan in reception;
15h00 – 16h30 Training session at the WSC Trefforest grounds – first 15 minutes of training open for media filming then closed;
Tuesday, 20 November
14h00 – 14h30 Media conference with one coach and a player at the team hotel;
Wednesday, 21 November
Media and training free day;
Thursday, 22 November
14h00 – 14h30 Springbok team announcement media conference with the head coach and selected players from the match-23 at the team hotel;
Friday, 23 November
11h30 – 12h00 Springbok Captain’s Media conference at the team hotel;
14h30 – 15h30 Captain’s Run at the Principality Stadium – first 15 minutes open for media filming then closed session (access to the stadium strictly by match accreditation only, please send confirmation of attendance 24 hours in advance torayaan@sarugby.co.za);
16h50 – 16h55 Springbok team photo at the team hotel – media filming allowed, no interviews.
Saturday, 24 November
17h20 Wales versus South Africa at the Principality Stadium, followed by post-match media conference with the coach, captain and selected players.
